Many thanks to Miguel who gave me excellent guidance and corrected my bad old driving habit (I am a licensed driver in Brazil for more than 15 years).  He is fun, always in fantastic mood and can make two hour driving lessons enjoyable and therefore more productive. I failed on my first test as I ‘misunderstood’ the examiners command, but booked for a month later and passed with only 3 faults. Miguel is just the right instructor if you are already an experienced driver but new to the UK, plus his little blue car has green credentials! Won’t let you waste your time

“Miguel gives clear instructions, he’s patient, isn’t short with you and does his best to simplify his instructions so you can understand them in the easiest way.

I was learning for around a year with Miguel on and off due to money issues and not having access to a family or friends car to practice up until the last month so my only driving practice for the most part came with Miguel.

He won’t let you waste your time taking a test unless he knows you are ready, which is good because I passed first time. He gives you great preparation for your test by going over the show and tell questions and giving last minute tips and reminders and makes sure you go into the test in a calm and confident manner.

His only short coming is he’s a Chelsea fan, but we can’t all be perfect can we, eh?”

Just a quick email to say thank you: I passed my test this week, first time, with only 1 minor fault. I have absolutely zero doubt in my mind that this is all down to the lessons I had with Keith Carberry. Your office had pre warned me that he was quite strict, but I’d rather him be tough with me so I know what I’m up against with the examiner. Previous to Keith I had been training with a different driving school, but decided to change as he was giving me inconsistent advice and wasn’t pulling me up on mistakes I knew I was making (let alone all of the others I wasn’t aware of at that stage). In all honesty I learnt more in one lesson with Keith than I did in 5 lessons with my previous instructor. Wish I’d have found Keith first as it would have saved me a tonne of money! Anyway at the end of my test the examiner said to me “that was absolutely spot on”. No better reflection on your tuition than those words.. Thanks guys!
