Following this route will allow the student to practice some important aspects of driving such as steering, peep and creep techniques and MSPSL in a calm and relaxed environment.

There is a roundabout on Burntwood Lane (B229) that is suitable for students to practice navigating with correct signaling and understand priorities during the approach.
